Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or booking any services at Serene Aravali Spa & Resort. By accessing or using http://serenearavali.com (the “Site”) and/or confirming a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Resort”, “we”, “us”, “our”: Serene Aravali Spa & Resort.
  • “Guest”, “you”, “your”: any visitor or customer using the Site or staying at the Resort.
  • “Booking”, “Reservation”: any confirmed request for accommodation or services made via the Site, email, phone, or in person.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  1. These Terms govern your use of the Site and your stay at the Resort.
  2. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a Booking.

3. Bookings & Reservations

  1. All Bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit/debit card or advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.
  2. Rates quoted on the Site are per room, per night, and subject to availability, applicable taxes (GST), and service charges.
  3. Special promotional rates may have separate cancellation or modification rules—these will be clearly stated when you reserve.

4. Rates & Payment

  1. Payment may be made by major credit/debit cards or net banking. We do not accept cash payments online.
  2. The total charge will include room rate + applicable GST (currently 18%) + any resort fees.
  3. A deposit of 25% of the total stay may be required at the time of booking; the balance is due upon check-in.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Standard Rates: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
    • Cancellations made between 48–24 hours before arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
  2. Non-Refundable / Advance Purchase Rates: 100% charged at the time of booking; no refunds for cancellations or modifications.
  3. To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us via email at serenearavali@gmail.com.

6. Check-In & Check-Out

  1. Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  2. Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  1. Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
  2. You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party. Charges for repair or replacement will be billed to your payment method on file.
  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of INR 5,000 will apply for smoking violations.
  4. Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized; additional fees and a refundable deposit may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site—text, images, logos, videos—is the property of Serene Aravali Spa & Resort or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  2. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. We use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, but we do not warrant that it is error-free.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Resort and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your visit to the Site or stay at the Resort.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any breach or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemic-related measures).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the “Last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the Site or Booking after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
